The mission of the Johnson Simulation Center is to enable and support the use of computer simulation to improve education and training, to promote economic development, and to enhance decision-making processes.

JSC employs a director, two full-time programmers, two full-time artists, and a full-time producer.

John Heckman is the Director of the Johnson Simulation Center. His role is primarily to administer, promote, and facilitate the operations of the Center.

Marty Rabens is a software engineer at the JSC. His coding skills are applied to many of the center's projects, with an emphasis on physics simulation and all that gnarly 3D math stuff.

After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Success!) from Boston University, Jesse picked up a job at Big Huge Games as a Production Intern where he helped produce Rise of Legends.

JSC is housed at Pine Technical College in Pine City, Minnesota. We have 10 projects completed and 35 in planning or development.

JSC was founded in 2000 as part of a regional project to extend East Central Minnesota's technology infrastructure and services.

JSC's current projects include scenario and procedural training applications, military immersive simulations, and game development.
